Companies that decide to allow their staff to connect their devices to the organisation's network - or use them on the job in a more permanent way - are at a huge risk of data loss, according to a new report. Known as a BYOD strategy - "bring your own device" - it was posited by the Information Security Forum (ISF) that businesses are at a huge risk of accidental data disclosures due to the blurred lines between work and personal information.

America's largest book retailer Barnes and Noble, Inc. has somehow managed to surprise Amazon with the launch of two new iterations to its famous Nook tablet line - the 7-inch Nook HD and 9-inch Nook HD+. The American bookseller has confirmed the long-running rumors that it is about to launch a new tablet any time soon, on Wednesday, unveiling its own lighter and high-definition tablets. The Barnes and Noble's move have triggered the on-going tablet war, with Amazon's Kindle Fire HD tablets already taking the holiday season. Nook is aiming to take on Apple's iPad 3 and Amazon's Kindle Fire HD with its two all new versions.

Apple CEO, Tim Cook proved that the company behind the widely famous iPod, iPhone and iPad is still innovating and unveiling a whole new iteration to its popular iPhone family.
